No Refund Policy

We operate under a strict no-refund policy.
All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the rare case where a product arrives damaged or defective through no fault of the customer.

We take high-quality photos and videos of every product before it is packaged and dispatched. This serves as verified proof of the item’s condition prior to shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the damage
  • Your order number and full name

Once reviewed, we will assess your claim and, if approved, offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds).

We are extremely strict about maintaining quality and ensuring every parcel arrives exactly as it was sent.
All items are checked, verified, and packaged with care. We cannot be held responsible for minor packaging imperfections or damage caused by external shipping carriers.
